Participants, known as Cursillistas, embark on this journey and continue to live out their newfound understanding in a perpetual “fourth day” beyond the initial weekend. Operating as a ministry within the Episcopal Church, Cursillo operates under the guidance of the Presiding and Diocesan Bishop. Its ultimate objective is to bring the world closer to Christ by empowering adult Christian leaders through a specific method employed throughout the weekends. These teachings equip and inspire Christians to fully embrace their Baptismal Covenant and actively serve Christ.
